Electronic transmission of full Social Security numbers must
be made via encrypted websites and/or password-protected encrypted documents.
Access to physical and electronic records is limited to employees
with a business need for such information.
Personal data may only be transmitted to fulfill a necessary
business function, process an authorized transaction, or comply with a court
order, service of process or other applicable law.
